Deoxypregnesolone, IUPAC name 17-hydroxy-5-pregnen-3-one, is a steroid hormone with molecular formula C₁₉H₂₈O₂ (molecular weight 288.43 g/mol). A pregnane derivative, it features a 21-carbon skeleton with a hydroxyl group at C-17 and a ketone at C-3. Structurally, it lacks the 20α-methyl group of dehydroepiandrosterone.
